To make a reservation
Email to info@unoslopehouse.com
be sure to include;
1. your full name (if you can, others' as well)
2. # of night (s) of your stay
3. Number of people (and ages if children are involved)
4. contact phone#, hotel# or cell# (optional)
5. room preference (optional)
After receiving your request, we'll email you back with a confirmation. |
- Check-in 3 pm ~ (please ask if you need it to be earlier. there will be a late-check-in fee of 1000 yen/hour if it's after 9 pm)
- Check-out ~11 am

Then, after the confirmation, we'll ask you for a deposit (50% of the total room charge). Once you make the deposit payment, your room(s) will be guaranteed. (Of cource, the deposit will be deducted from your total payment when you check in.)
We prefer cash payment for the balance. But if you prefer to pay by a credit card, we can do so with addtional fees. Please let us know.
Cancellation:
Your deposit will be fully refunded if you cancel more than 7 days before your reservation date. However, no refund will be made if you cancel less than 7 days before your reservation date.
FYI: Plan ahead accordingly!
Naoshima Chichu Museum and Art House Project are closed on Mondays (except national holidays).
Benesse House Museum opens 7 days a week.
